While Paris Hilton is promoting her boobs on Instagram, her 20-year-old brother Conrad Hilton is apparently keeping up the family tradition of behaving in a fashion that makes everyone hate rich people.
TMZ is reporting that Conrad was arrested today for an incident that took place on an international flight back in June.
Sources say Hilton freaked out on the plane, possibly after being busted smoking for smoking weed in the bathroom mid-flight.
According to witnesses, Hilton repeatedly threatened to "f–king kill" the flight staff and stated that he will "own" all of the "f–king peasants" on the flight.
The tirade was reportedly so bad that children on the flight were in tears. At one point, Hilton fell asleep, and the in-flight crew was able to handcuff him to his seat.
While restrained, Hilton reportedly grabbed a flight attendant’s arm and screamed, "I could get you fired in five minutes. My father will pay this out. He’s done it before. Dad paid $300k last time."
If the name sounds familiar, it’s because Conrad shares the moniker of his revered great-grandfather.
That Conrad Hilton was the mogul who founded the hotel chain that made his family famous. He went on to marry Zsa Zsa Gabor and become such a well-known figure in American business that he was a character on six episodes of Mad Men.
We’re sure he’s proud of his descendants’ abilities to snap pictures of their own boobs and throw temper tantrums on planes.
